Los Palmeras is an Argentine cumbia santafesina group, originally from the city of Santa Fe. It was founded in 1969 under the name Sexteto Palmeras. Throughout their career they have been renowned in Argentina's musical culture for hits such as “El Bombón Asesino”, “Olvídala”, “Soy Sabalero”, “Doble Vida”, “Títere”, among other many songs. Today, owners of a musical style defined over five decades, they are loved and respected by people and strangers, they have performed at national and international parties, shared the stage with great artists and have shown throughout their history that they are part of the national popular folklore and worthy representatives of their beloved Santa Fe.
