Los Palmeras is an Argentinean cumbia santafesina group, originally from the city of Santa Fe. It was founded in 1969 under the name of Sexteto Palmeras. Throughout their career, they gained fame in Argentina's musical culture with hits such as “El Bombón Asesino”, “Olvídala”, “Soy Sabalero”, “Doble Vida”, “Títere”, among many other songs. Today, owners of a musical style defined over five decades, they are loved and respected by all, have performed at national and international festivals, shared stage with great artists and have demonstrated throughout their history that they are part of the national popular folklore and worthy representatives of their beloved Santa Fé.
