SYNOPSIS: In Lázaro de Noche, three aging friends audition for a film and, in doing so, open a portal to the past. As they float between reality and fantasy, literature and longing, their youth resurfaces along with unresolved tension and an awkward love triangle. With his signature minimalism and poetic structure, Nicolás Pereda crafts a quiet meditation on time, friendship, and the emotional fictions we tell ourselves just to keep going.
