La Mosca Tse-Tse, also known as La Mosca, is an Argentine ska band with influences of pop music and various genres such as cumbia, merengue, tango, pop, alternative rock and salsa. Founded in 1995, their songs reflect themes of sporadic and eternal love, with witty lyrics. Even though the current formation consolidated in 1995, the band's history dates back to the early nineties with La Reggae & Roll Band, which performed covers and some original songs in the Ramallo area. La Mosca Tse-Tse is known for hits like “Yo te quiero dar”, “Para no verte más”, “Cha-cha-cha”, “Todos tenemos un amor”, “Te quiero comer la boca”, “Baila para mí” and “Muchachos, esta noche me emborracho”, the last one adapted as “Muchachos, now we got our hopes up again”.
