Originating from Chihuahua and Zacatecas, La Maquinaria Norteña was founded in 2006 by Keith Nieto as an innovative musical concept within the regional Mexican genre, standing out in northern-style “Chihuahua” music, recognized for saxophone and accordion. After the release of their album “Ya Dime Adiós” in 2015, they reached the top spot on the Billboard Top Latin Albums for two consecutive weeks, earning a Grammy.
On the other hand, La Pócima Norteña, originating from Aguascalientes, Mexico, has represented northern music with saxophone since 2020, introducing a new style in the genre and elevating northern music to a new level. Despite their short career, they have connected with their audience through their music and concerts, always striving to exceed expectations and thanking their followers for forging a new path in northern music.
