With 80 years of experience, the Maya Excélsior Marimba Orchestra is fundamental in the promotion of the traditional sound of Guatemala throughout the country. Their originality and skill in interpreting their compositions have earned them recognition and praise from many spectators, both in live performances and on digital platforms. This group, composed of members of the Salazar Acuña family, is distinguished by the exceptional ability of two sisters in the interpretation of this native instrument.
