El Jerry Gerardo Coronel

Gerardo Coronel, a songwriter of corridos and exponent of the alternate movement, made his debut at 14 with the song "El Guerrero". He is known for composing the successful corrido "La Tacoma", performed by artists such as Alfredo "El Komander" Ríos, Julián Mercado, and El Bebeto. After the creation of "El Guerrero", he joined a local band in Sinaloa, but chose to embark on his solo career after two years. He recently released a new album with the standout single "Te Felicito", which has accumulated millions of views on YouTube in just months alongside his other hits.
