It was 1984 and in an increasingly convulsive Chile, the image of three young men had a big impact on the country's music, and then all of Latin America. Jorge, Claudio and Miguel, The Prisoners, spread a soundtrack that became essential for the youth of the time, with songs that still resonate in the ears and hearts of those who have grown up on our continent.
It is in this 2024 that Claudio Narea, historical guitarist and part of the foundation of the band, picks up what has been the legacy of The Prisoners and consolidates, with a rock sound and combative, the return to the stages of a songbook that is still present.
Australia, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, United States, England, Spain are just some of the territories that Claudio and his band have toured during the last year, performing with songs like Papapá, El Baile de los que sobran, Paramar, that lift the attending public, singing together the lyrics of these themes. 40 years after the first album of The Prisoners, Claudio Narea and his guitar make us vibrate as if it was the first time we heard these songs.
