Corona Del Rey Band is a Mexican musical group that gained popularity among musical groups in its region, with which it shared the stage. The Corona Del Rey Band performs in the Mexican regional genre, especially in band, a modality that is its reason for being. It has successfully positioned itself in the Mexican regional music scene, during more than fifteen years of artistic career, in which it has reached every corner of its country. Regulo Caro Perez is a singer, musician and composer of Mexican regional music, specialized in the styles of Sinaloan band, Pacific style norteño, norteño-band, sierreño and sierreño-band. As a composer, he has worked with important exponents of Mexican regional music such as his cousin Gerardo Ortiz, Los Nuevos Rebeldes, MS Band, Raúl Hernández, Los Buitres de Culiacán and Alfredo Olivas. Regulo, one of the most popular artists in the Mexican regional genre, has received a number of recognitions including a Latin Grammy nomination, a BMI award, a gold record, a star on the Las Vegas Walk of Fame, among others.
