Founded in Venezuela (1993/1995) by Luis Francisco "El Negro" Mendoza, it's an iconic youth salsa group known for hits like "Anhelo", "Persona Ideal" and "Virgen". With over 27 years of career, the orchestra has evolved from a purely Venezuelan cast to an international formation. Created in Venezuela, under the musical direction of Porfi Baloa and the backing of Korta Records.
They debuted in 1995 with the album "Reclamando Nuestro Espacio", making an immediate impact with songs like "Hoy aprendí" and "No puedo ser tu amigo". Romantic and youthful salsa with a Caribbean influence, standing out for its lyrics dedicated to love and youth. Although initially its first generations were purely Venezuelan, the group now includes members from various Latin American countries, including Mexico, Cuba, and Chile. The album "Persona Ideal" set a world record by positioning all its songs in the top 10 of salsa charts. The orchestra has gone through several generations, continually renewing itself but maintaining its characteristic sound.
