Originating from Aguililla, Michoacán, the three founders of the band, Victor Sanchez, Maro Moreno, and Uriel Moreno, started their musical dream in 1986 with Los Dinnos. These passionate youngsters pushed the boundaries of imagination by improvising tropical songs they dreamt would capture the public's attention. Throughout the years, the band remained strong, incorporating new members like Cesar Valdiosera, Osbaldo Contreras, and Mario Valencia in 1987.

Their first album, 'Soledad', recorded in 1988, gained notability at the state level. With the inclusion of Juan Ramirez in 1989, Los Dinnos adopted their characteristic musical style. In 1990, the record 'La Chica De Mis Sueños' catapulted their song 'Dime' to the top of the Billboard charts. That same year, the track 'Las Joyas De Mi Vida', from the same album, was propelled by public recognition. This series of successes earned them their first gold record for sales exceeding 100,000 copies. Other notable discs include 'Pienso En Ti' (1991) and 'Y Me Enamore De Ti' (1992).
