Dr. César Lozano is a Surgeon and Midwife graduated from the University
Autonomous of Nuevo León. He has a Master's Degree in Public Health and a Sub-Specialty in
Health at Work at the Faculty of Public Health of the Autonomous University
of Nuevo León. Acquired the Productivity-Quality Diploma in the Division of
Engineering-Architecture at the Institute of Technology and Higher Studies of
Monterrey Campus Monterrey. His work experience began as a doctor
volunteer at Cáritas de Monterrey medical clinics.
Later he was founder and head of the Coordination of Medical Services, as well
as General Director of the same institution. He was also a teacher of
Faculty of Public Health of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. Drive
with great success the radio program "Por el Plecer de Vivir" in more than 145
radio stations in Mexico, the United States and the Dominican Republic. Also
He is host of the segment "For the Pleasure of Living" on the TODAY program
Televisa.
