Claudia Franco

Lecturer and facilitator of the 12 courses on Semiology of everyday life,
Specialist in Effective Communication and expert in the art of Public Speaking.
She is the author of the book: Dante's Drawer and co-author of the book ReCreyendo.
In the last ten years, Claudia has directed important projects within the
radio in Mexico as Artistic Director of Exa Fm101.1 Guadalajara as well as the
production management of La Mejor FM, in CDMX. It is more than 25 years old
doing radio and has produced different radio concepts with a focus on
human development.

Claudia has given training and conferences at Mercedes Benz, Grupo
Pachuca, Iteso; Tec de Monterrey, Mazda Plasencia, Congress of Jalisco, Ibero,
Ipade, UVM, Compusoluciones, Yara Fertilizados, MVS Radio, José Cuervo,
Fender, Herbalife among others. Offers effective communication courses for
Tecnológico de Monterrey GDL campus and the MVS Training Center. Offers
the effective communication module in the management skills diploma
from the Tec de Monterrey Guadalajara campus.
