El Tri

Alex Lora is a Mexican musician and songwriter who has been at the forefront of the Mexican rock band El Tri for over three decades. He was born on December 2, 1952, in Puebla de Zaragoza, Puebla, Mexico. He is considered the godfather of Mexican rock and roll, his band is known as "The Rolling Stones of Mexico" and his dream continues to be the same, “to rock as hard as he can every night, and to do it again the next night”. His songs talked about the lives of Mexicans, dealing with issues such as economic crisis, governmental corruption, everyday life, and love.
