About Camilo Sesto:

Camilo Blanes Cortés, better known by his stage name Camilo Sesto, was an iconic Spanish musician who left an indelible mark on the Spanish-speaking music world. Born in Alcoy on September 16, 1946, he began his musical career in the mid-60s and soon became a central figure in the romantic ballad, pop, and rock scene.

Camilo Sesto is remembered for his unique voice and his ability to perform with unique emotional intensity. Throughout his career, he released 40 albums and sold more than 70 million copies worldwide. Among some of his most remembered hits are 'Jamás', 'Perdóname', and '¿Quieres ser mi amante?'.

Camilo Sesto died in Madrid on September 8, 2019. His musical legacy remains alive in his music and in the hearts of his followers.
